Residency Structure
Minimum Stay: 30 consecutive nights
Standard Occupancy: Patient + caregiver (2)
Maximum Occupancy: 4 residents (2BR/1BA layout)

Weekly cleaning upgrade: +$250/month
Protection & Booking Requirements
- Accidental Damage Protection: $65 (non-refundable, per month)
- Incidental Hold: $500 standard ($750 with pets)
- Traveler’s Insurance: Required
- Government-issued ID required for all adult residents
- Signed Residency Agreement required prior to access
All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Access is not granted until requirements are fulfilled.
Pet Policy (Suites 17B & 35B)
- Up to 2 dogs or cats
- $100/month per pet
- $250 refundable pet deposit
- Service animals welcome at no cost
30-Day Residency Benefit
Stays of 30+ nights are generally exempt from Colorado lodging and sales taxes, reducing overall cost compared to short-term accommodations.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund (less $200 cancellation fee) if canceled more than 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
