We do not provide vacation lodging. We provide structured transitional housing specifically for the medical community. Located in the vibrant East Colfax corridor, Suite 17B offers direct, low-commute access to the Children’s Hospital and VA Medical Center. This 30+ night residence combines the security of an on-site host with the independence of a private home, creating a stable, pet-friendly environment for medical relocation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
